My Experience.
Your Gain.

Hi there, I'm Pamela Bonner. For most of my career, I thought I would be the General Manager of a select-service hotel until I retired—and knowing me, probably even after that.

An unexpected career change gave me the opportunity to ask a different question: What do I want to do with everything I've learned?

I knew I loved leading people, the culture of service, and sharing my knowledge with others. I also loved the financial side of the business. To me, a clean P&L was like a clean house—everything where it belonged, everything accounted for, and the confidence of knowing exactly where we stood.

But I also understand how difficult that can be when you're running the business at the same time. Customers, employees, sales, operations, expenses, and the unexpected can quickly push important administrative work aside.

After more than 20 years in executive leadership with Hilton and Marriott hotels, I decided to put that experience to work differently helping small-business owners gain the structure, support, and practical business resources that larger companies often have built in.

You don't need to be a large company to benefit from experienced support.

Experience Built From the Ground Up

I learned the Business by Doing It

My hospitality career didn't begin in an executive office. I spent 10 years in restaurants before moving into hotels, where I worked my way from frontline positions through department leadership, Assistant General Manager and eventually General Manager.

That path gave me something I have always valued: an understanding of how each part of a business affects the next. I know what it's like to do the work, manage the work and ultimately be accountable for the results.

As a General Manager, I became accountable for the entire operation—people, sales, financial performance, budgets, forecasting, labor, expenses, internal controls and ultimately the bottom line.

Throughout more than 20 years in executive leadership, I also had opportunities to support other hotels and leaders, particularly during transitions and challenging periods. That's where I discovered how much I enjoyed helping others find practical solutions and become stronger leaders themselves.

Then I learned to Lead It
